Problem

  • Customer was undergoing a major project to better quantify the number of target candidates living in specific regions in order to plan recruiting events in those areas. Not all college alumni associations are willing to share this information, and getting it from the ones that were willing was both time and labor intensive.

Solution

  • With inCircle Recruiting campaigns, Customer can run an unlimited number of specific queries to determine the number of target candidates living in specific geographic regions.

Results

  • Customer identified the total size of the candidate pool for each of their top seven geographic regions. Example: candidates with computer engineering degrees, who graduated from Dartmouth, and who live in greater Boston.
